This is Miss Mona.  I am the HIC (Head Cat in Charge of Purrrfection) a store that sells KittyCats located on Purrrfection Island.

In this blog, I am going to teach you how to buy food and milk for your kittens.

Located in our store on Purrrfection Island, you will find signs that look like these:

When you click on the sign you are going to get a world map box up that brings you to the EXACT place in the KittyCats main store for you to purchase food and milk. (Here is another link if you are not in Purrrfection to the KittyCats store)

So, hit the teleport button and off you go.  You might need to turn around to find the food and milk depending on how you land.

You are going to see a sign that looks like this:

Now click on the size of the food you want.   Let me give you a little bit of info.  1 bowl of food feeds a cat that is breeding for approx 30 days.

During the first week of your kitten’s life — all kittens are fully grown at 7 days, your cat will not drink milk.   Now, to compensate for this, you are going to need to play, cuddle or hold them to give them love and happiness.  I will have Situ show you how to do that on another blog since; obviously, I can’t hold or cuddle cats.

After 7 days, your cat can drink milk.  This is the equivalent of a half an hour of cuddling and decreases the breeding cycle from 10 days to 7 days.  However, some people like to cuddle their cats daily.

Just to reiterate, 1 bowl of milk will last a cat for 30 days.

Cool, huh?

Now, when you purchase your food or milk you are going to have to unpack it and it will land in your inventory with all the bowls shown.

You only need to drag out one of these from your inventory and place it on the floor.

Now, I want to show you one more thing.   It has to do with food settings.

When you place down your food click on it.  You are going to get a blue box.

Now you can see all the options that are available.  Since the SIM that Weylin and Situ live on is parcelled off and has different tenants, they need to set the settings to PARCEL and because they both have cats they have selected ANYONE.  However, if you live with multiple people that have multiple cats and you do not want to share your food and milk with them, then you can set it to MY CATS.  Moreover, if you live on a SIM by yourself, then you could set it to SIM and ANYONE or MY CATS.

There is one more thing I would like to discuss, and that is PERMAPETS.  Some people like to turn their cats into cats that do not require eating.  You can do this once the cat reaches 7 days or adulthood or at 120 days after it has retired its breeding cycle.  These cats do need to be cuddled and held for 30 minutes per day to maintain their happiness.

If you turn right from the food and milk display in the Kittycats store and walk all the way to the end fo the isle, you will find them.

You put the PERMAPET bottle down next to the cat that you want to turn into a PERMAPET, and a blue box will appear and give you further instructions.   This process cannot be reversed — so make sure this is something that you want to do.
